Having taken the reigns from Glenterra Vineyards in 2022, we continue their legacy of sustainable dry farming without the use of any pesticides, herbicides or synthetically derived fertilizers. Since our goal is to transition to cyclical farming practices, we have also begun incorporating grazing animals into cover crop management and natural crop fertilization practices. During the vine dormancy season, the vineyard floor is managed by a small flock of Icelandic sheep and Emden geese, which are not only beautiful to look at but also great for our farm’s overall soil health.
